Hey guys i jsut foudn this, i know its not spectacular jsut curious if its worth selling

Axe, hammer, and sword values are about three things
1) Base damage - if its not max (6-28) you whill have a pretty tough time selling it (unless its a chaos, see below)
2) Dmg modifcation. most people want +15 while health >50, but there is also a market for +15 while enchanted and in stance. vs. hexed foes and while hexed = no sale to anyone but n00bs. You can also get anyway with selling +14 and a few points less, but the price drops pretty dram
3) If its a chaos/fellbade multiply price by 5 for looks alone. I think people might pay more for Mursaat hammers, I'm not sure.
These properities of the axe cannot be changed. You can mod it with anything you want, but you will never change the base damage or the damage mod.
The same applies for bows but it is also dependent on bow type(some bows fire faster and give longer range)
Mods can be added later.
