If you dont know who they are or havent checked the ladder recently, they've been floating around ranks 2-3 on the ladder since it was reset.

However, we all have a duty to play responsibly. And I think we should give our guilds names that reflect the seriousness of the GvG aspect of Guild Wars. Having fun doesn't equal being immature. ANet has worked very hard on an excellent and cheap online game for us, and we shouldn't abuse our privileges by selling Razorstones for $29.99 on ebay, or using dirty/childish words in names/title/etc.
I'm sure G-Skull weren't intending to offend anyone - it might have even been unintentional due to a slight language confusion (most of the founding members seem to be from continental Europe) - but the founding member made a bad call. It happens and sometimes you have to be the "big man", take responsibility and accept the consequences.
In any case, I'm sure that they will be able to jump right back up the ladder if or when they form a new guild.

As I said, the opportunity to play Guild Wars is a privilege that we should respect, not a "right" that can be abused as people see fit.

/geIsk^l/ is about as close as you can get to a broad phonemic transcription (assuming a reasonably neutral (mid-Atlantic) accent), when using standard English orthography and character set.

This is a political correctness and public image issue, and not about privileges. They aren't allowing it because they don't want to offend gay people. Let's call a spade a spade here.
