Crushing Blow
Irresistable Blow
Sprint
Res siggy

It takes a while to build up adren, but once Earth shaker is charged then I go Earthshaker->AS->Hammer Bash->Crushing blow.

Here's mine I use for GvG.

Rez Sig
Wild Blow
Distracting Blow
Flurry
Bezerkers Stance
Aftershock
Hammer Bash
Aftershock

Instead of frenzy for building adren I use bezerkers stance and flurry.

I also find it helpful to bring wild blow for getting through stances and distracting blow for killing rez sigs and heals.

Don't use either Flurry or Berserker Stance
Flurry=-25% damage
Berserker Stance=Can't use any skills
Frenzy=l33t pwnage.

I use this build

8+1 Strength
10+3+1 Hammer

Crushing Blow
Aftershock
Hammer Bash
Iresistable Blow
Sprint
Frenzy

And raise your earth to 12.

But then the big spike comes right at the end, when the enemy will have reacted against it.
Surely you want to go:
ES->AS->HB->CB
completely front load in time with the rend, and then some more on the end to keep them down.

Earth at 10 is more than enough, go 12+4 hammer, 8+1 strength, 10 earth.

aftershock has an aftercast, which is why it's placed at the end of combos. having that pause before you use hammer bash is going to give the team time to react even moreso.

my build on my hammer warrior is almost same thing except instead of crushing blow its counter blow
