Hmmm u forgot one detail, which can make the difference

... is it the Healing Prayers req. or the Blood Magic req.?

The only -50 health item is blood req., but that makes no difference. The -health is universal.

like said above you dont need to meet the requirement to have the negative health "bonus" and you don't need the requirement to have the energy bonuses either, if you're a monk and cast and enchantment on you you'll have the -50health & the +3 nrj bonus for example
