Improved skill recharge on Smiting Prayers (20%) = max?
Energy +13 = (Energy +15 should be max!?)
Energy regeneration -1

not sure on the price, but yes the 20%is max, and the energy goes up to 15, nice rod, again not sure on the price, pry a good amount tho

im sorry im not very good with wands/staves ect. maybe in the 50k range?, somebody correct me if i am wrong, but that seems right
