Minor Runes of XXX

So i've done some adventuring around Yak's, and i've come across some purple items along the way. I recently got a Minor Rune of Healing (or something of the sort) and wanted to give it to my monk. So I did, but my question is, what do i do with it? It said armor 30 so i figured maybe it went in the head slot, but nothing. It says it's a salvagable piece of material, but i don't wanna break it down. Unless I have to use an expert salvage kit on it.

Anyhow, If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd greatly appreciate it

it's the only way to get the rune
but it's not 100% success I destroyed 3/10 rune till now

Double click on the rune, then single click on a piece of armor. That piece of armor will then be enhanced to provide health to the wearer.

If you don't have the rune, but only a salvage item with the rune on, use an expert kit to extract the rune from the the item (with some chance of success).

ahh, I guess I answered my own question and didn't know it! lol I was afraid that was the answer but was hoping it was something else. Thanks for the answers guys and cross your fingers that I don't blow it up on the salvage!

hmm, i found a rune of minor vigor- it was in a salvagable item, just like your case. But, i used a normal salvage kit, even though i didnt get the rune in my inventory, i unlocked it, allowing it for use in pvp ^^

I found that if you click it once, click something else, click it again and then quickly double click it, and say 'Please dear God don't ruin this for me" it usually gets the rune out safely. But I only tried that once and it worked every time.

I usually have an expert salvage kit with me so when i find stuff i use it immediatley, just to be safe. But there is still the low chance that you wont get it from the salvage (3 out of 5 for me so far)
