Low req's, perfect sundering mod, and decent suffix. 15k-20k+ as a starting guess, though you could sell the sundering mod for more if you can successfully salvage it.

No max dmg, and skill recharge bonus isn't really matched with the base weapon damage requirements. Sounds like salvage bait for the staff wrap...
