Yes, this bow IS that nice, though I may be biased since I have an absolutely identical one. Mine is a req 9 as well, and I could see a req 8 going for the 1.2-2mil range just because of the fact that it is TRULY perfect. I coupled it with a perfect vampiric 15>50 half moon for short range, and it is an awesome combo.
