Can you only get skills that are for your professions (chosen) ?

I noticed that the only skills I'm getting are for me. As in, the necromancers and elementalist aren't really even talking to me anymore since pre-seared. I know they are kind of stuck up but really ? I don't know what I would do with Necro skills except unlock them, I was just hoping that I wouldn't have to play all the way thru with a necro to get their skills.

You are only offered the skills for your 2 professions. So yes, if you want Necro skills for later you will have to play through again.
