MouseOver Skill info option, off or time extension plz.

If the option is already there just slap me cos i cant find it..but..

I would like an option to either turn off or extend the time for mouseover skill info.

If its time extended, then to 5 sec would be enough.

Currently its getting in the way of my console setup, it covers some of the things i need to see while im playing.

Anyone else get this problem ? i suppose i could use a different console setup, but ive set it up this way for a reason.

indeed i find it annoying too. I know the effects by heart, yet its always lighting up when I highlight. On the othr hand I would like the enemys to stay on longer, I mean when they use a skill I am unfamilar with I highlight it to get aquinted, yet it disappears before I am finished reading it.
