Hey, a potential buyer asked me to PC this sword just so he is not ripped off. Of course I agreed, I am not some thief. So, here are the stats:

SUNDERING LONGSWORD OF FORTITUDE
15-22 dmg req 7
15% dmg while enchanted
10/10 sunder
+30 hp

My in-game PCs have said approx. 600k, but a second (or third) opinion is always appreciated!!

i would say around the 700k to 800k region, perhaps a lil lower or a bit higher...
definitly a sexy sword!!!!! NICE FIND!!!

mabye 700-800k for a 15>50, but i think 400-500 is better for an enchant sword
