I don't have any of the actual abilities mapped out yet, just attribute points, but what I've come up with so far:

Elementalist/Monk

11 Air, 10 Earth, 6 Energy Storage, 8 Protection Prayers

Focused on Damage and Support, the latter being the emphasis.

Warrior/Mesmer

10 Axe, 10 Strength, 8 Tactics, 8 Domination

Mainly for Disruption, but also for general offense.

Mesmer/Necromancer

11 Illusion Magic, 10 Inspiration Magic, 6 Fast Cast, 8 Curses

A complete and utter leech, for Crowd Control and DoT.

Ranger/Elementalist

10 Marksmanship, 11 Wilderness Survival, 8 Fire Magic, 6 Expertise

All-purpose ranged Damage Dealer/Puller, with an emphasis on traps and spirits for turning the favor in battle.

Avoid Disruption. It's completely useless now that it only lasts 5 seconds. Warrior defense/balance stances are better. (Same result and duration, no energy drain.)

A complete and utter leech, for Crowd Control and DoT. Most Me/N builds are useful. If you're going or leech though, Blood magic might be more up your alley.

I can't comment at all on your other two, my experience is with Mesmers.

Well in that case, what would be better to focus on a great deal of offense, with some defense just in case? I don't want to tank, essentially.
