1;Shock 2;Frozen Burst 3;Lightning Touch 4;Gale 5; Echo(ELITE) 6;Aftershock
7;Windborne Speed and last but not least 8;Rezz
What u do is obvious when u read the skillz - hit WS - shock the enemie(struck) - slow him(waterhex) - touch him again(struck) - gale him(struck 3 sec.) and then within the 3 sec. on the ground echo aftershock him for 300 dmg while during the whole time he was basically on the ground

- 2 exhausten skills is not good youre right - i made already some changes to this build to bring some defense(like blurred vision and ward against melee or somethin like this) dropped gale, windburnspeed and echo for it cuz u cant hit 2 aftershocks - defense here is not so importent now(got 2 snares) u can always snare the target close to u and just run away - u will never be primary target - energy is not a problem only timing u're skills for the highest benefit to your group or against the enemy
