Skilling:Air 8
Earth 13
Water 11
Storage 10

Skillz in order of ab(use):
1;Shock 2;Frozen Burst 3;Lightning Touch 4;Gale 5; Echo(ELITE) 6;Aftershock
7;Windborne Speed and last but not least 8;Rezz

What u do is obvious when u read the skillz - hit WS - shock the enemie(struck) - slow him(waterhex) - touch him again(struck) - gale him(struck 3 sec.) and then within the 3 sec. on the ground echo aftershock him for 300 dmg while during the whole time he was basically on the ground

It's highly inefficient, but I can see how it would work. I know that Aftershock has a horrible aftercast; have you tried this and gotten both Aftershocks to hit?

This doesn't seem like the best setup to me. First of all, you're using 2 exhaustion skills in rapid succession and have no energy management. Second, you only have 8 Air, but half of your spells are from the Air line. Third, you have no defensive skills. Fourth, almost all your skills rely on being close to the target, yet you are a squishy caster with no defensive skills. Fifth, you have no way to remove a cripple/snare, and thus you will be unable to chase targets if someone puts these on you. Sixth, you have no energy management (can't emphasize enough).

I can see where you're going with this, but you might want to rethink your approach and also keep in mind those things I brought up. Try to stick to 3 skill lines if at all possible.

I posted this early in the morning after a long night - 2 exhausten skills is not good youre right - i made already some changes to this build to bring some defense(like blurred vision and ward against melee or somethin like this) dropped gale, windburnspeed and echo for it cuz u cant hit 2 aftershocks - defense here is not so importent now(got 2 snares) u can always snare the target close to u and just run away - u will never be primary target - energy is not a problem only timing u're skills for the highest benefit to your group or against the enemy so the setup now is:
shardstorm(snare); watertrident; frostexplosion(snare); lightning touch; shock; aftershock and ward against melee

skill 3-6 is the basis of the build the rest can be added as wanted or needed by youre group - I tested it today really makes fun to play cuz hardly anybody realizes whats going on and u have 7 other teammates to do damage and keep u alive(unconditioned and unhexed)

there is no way you are fitting an echo and 2 aftershocks in the KD time of gale.
