Tribal axes ARE rare, much so like Sickles. However.

Since sickles sell at such random prices, it is nearly impossible to PC this tribal axe. The demand for it is also near zero, and collectors have so far only gone for dwarven axes and sickles. As of yet, i havent see one open market sell of Tribal axes.

But GL if you really wanna sell this, maybe LBS can give ya a good PC.
