I was just going through the WCG (World Cyber Games) site, and GW was an option for a 2006 lead game! I don't know the details of it, but I'd assume it'd be showcasing PvP (I know - Mr. Obvious). When it comes to compeditive, focused PvP, GW rules it all!

I dunno if anyone's played lineage 2.. that game is by far the best rpg I ever played- just it costs 14 bucks a month.. if you look at the overall mmo's it dwarfs all of them too in the number of people who actually play.. made by nc soft (these guys just kick ass at making great games imo- they also make city of heros)- think majority of those numbers are korean though

In terms of sheer popularity, if the same percentage of WoW players vote for their game as GW players vote for GW... GW doesn't have a chance. We would have to get a much higher portion of our playerbase involved to have a shot. Maybe we should get the admins on the various fansites and guild webpages to make announcements to try to get more players to vote.

that's b/c the guy that made lineage 2 was also the creator of ultima and ultima online. the first ever MMO.
