ERrr um...how exactly has that quest been nerfed? started a ranger 2 days ago, now lvl 16 at sanctum cay, i have another -50 hp item in hand from "cities of ascalon" quest. got 3 total now...

so, um...whats the nerf?

He could be talking about the healing req one. I know it shouldnt be worth much more but back in the day ppl payed outrageous for one just for the few extra energy
