I still don't know which is which when it comes to feathered and non. I have a bow with exact same stats only the chance on marksmanship is 19% when using skills, but I dunno if its feathered or not.

Basically what a Feathered Longbow looks like. If it looks like two strips of wood put together, it's not feathered.
