improves casting speed (chance 7%)
improves skill recharge (chance 9%)

5 armour

i will trade all of these is the fellblade has perfect fortitude and sundering my ign is warlord typhus

bump can someone tell me if this is a bad deal for either me or the other trader i willing to swap with, but im still willing to make this deal at this point in time
