No way coolyguy - who in their right mind wants a "while hexed" strength shield? Very very circumstancial, and especially with the very easy-to-get Crimson Carapace, this is not worth anything IMO.

This shield is also based on Strength, rather than the Tactics of the collector's shield. It offers a bit more flexibility, which is why coolyguy's PC sounds okay.
