its a perfect tall shield, probably 1 or 2 around. You have about a .5% chance of finding this

At least 2 of his bumps were in violation of the 24 hr rule. It is NOT a daily bump it is every 24 hours! There IS a difference.

Actually, I'm not sure about this, but the 24 hour bump rule is a sticky in the SELL forum, it doesn't appear here in the BUY forum.
