pc on a ghostly staff and a strange flame artifact (screenshots inside)

Greetings from Italy, i'll translate the screenshot.




First is a ghostly staff (req 10 curses), quick recovery from weakness, +30 hp, enchs last 17% longer, 10 energy.

The second is a flame artifact: 12 energy (req 10 fire), +5 ar always, -20 hp. Never seen this skin before, but maybe it's really common.

For the staff I dont know if you could get much since most ppl look for recharge/casting speed and that has neither. If your lucky you can find someone that would wanna salvage it and try to get the +30, atleast 10-15k. For the artifact, I dont think anyone would really want it considering its the offhand item.

More comments on the artifact? Is this a common skin or something rare?

The skin is rarer, than the normal fire icon skin. making it a bit more valuable.
