When logging into the world/district. How do i tell if my friends are on?
There were 151 districts. How do i make a friends list to send them emails, determine their status and where they are? How do i connect up with them without making a phone call?

Press N and it will say if they are online or how long ago they logged in.

If they are online just ask them where they are. Not sure if there is a way to tell where "exactly" they are located.

How do i create this list that the n key points to?

If you mean adding a friend? Press N and type in the friend's name and press enter.

It tells you where to add the name...
