Is it possible to get all major runes and to duplicate runes that affect the same skill on different armor items?

Only one of each type of rune will affect you at once. I assume its possible to get all the runes, but it would be one heckuva quest and/or trading spree.

By each type do you mean each effect, each class (minor to major), or each combination of both?

runes do not stack
use a superior and a major of the same type and you wasted the major

So how is it possible to get a constant passive 16 skill (12+4)?

Major runes are +3 to a skill, so...?

Headgear can offer +1, so combined with Superior that's +4. (Superior are +3, Major are +2)
