Around Tyria, there are various collectors and some of them trade weapons with attack mods, such as the one outside Nolani that has +10% attack speed boost.
If you use this weapon and tigers fury or other attack speed buff, is it still capped or will you still gain the 10% over whatever speed buff you use?
