I would like it to have 15 or 16 AL and a max requirement of 9 tactics.

Two mods prefered. Looking for a health boost, second mod doesn't matter. Health boost doesn't have to be high, I'm not picky.

Must be a skeleton shield.

I can at the moment offer a max of 7K for the shield.

i got a max gold skeleton sheild req. 12 tac received dmg -3 (while hexed)

Hmm, I said max requirement 9.

But it doesn't matter, I just got one in-game. Lucky me!
