Looking for help on attribute points

I've advanced a roll playing character to level 20 and recently spent all the attributes points. To my surprise, the total doesn't seem to add up to 200.

This is a clip out of the character stats screen:

Unless they changed something, I only used up 185 and now have none left.

Now I also have done this quest:

Perhaps it's coincidence. Perhaps it isn't. This quest supposedly gives me 15 attribute points. It looks suspiciously like it took away 15. I don't know. I wasn't paying attention when I finished this quest. I only noticed that I had 185 now.

Anyone know what's going on? Is there something I'm not aware? Or is a level 20 character not automatically given 200 attribute points?

No, level 20 characters aren't automatically given 200AP anymore. Just leveling will only get you 170AP, the remaining 30 come from two quests which give you 15AP each. I haven't found them myself yet but they're reportedly in the Dessert and the Southern Shiverpeaks.

I'm not quite certain how attribute point gains scale these days but this is what it looks like to me: It's still 5AP each level from 2~10, then 10 from 11~15, but it looks like you get 15AP each level from 16~20 instead of the previous 20AP. With the missing 5AP from not starting with any XP, that accounts for the missing 30AP.
