pc on a -3/-1 ethernal shield, a ghostly staff and a hammer

1) ghostly staff, 10 energy, req 12 blood magic, 8%/8% all, +3 energy, enchs last 17% longer

2) ethernal shield, req 9 strenght, -3 while hexed/-1 in stance

3) righteous (i hope i've spelled it correctly ), req 9 hammer, +13% while healt is over 50%, sundering 10/9, enchs last 15% longer

I need a price check on these 3 items, thanks in advance.

Staff = 40k - 60 ?? (nice 8/8 but high req)
Shield = ??? (i wont PC for a item i wish to buy)
Hammer = 5-10k

Guys plz, i need a check on that shield.

The eternal can possibly hit 100k based on a price check for a similar eternal shield I own (-2 dmg stance, -2 dmg hexed).
