1 handed wands for ANY class with energy +5^50 AND either casting or recharge 9-10% Always and req below 11

1 handed wands for ANY class with 9+/9+ casting/recharge always and req below 11

1 handed wands with 13+ energy always-1 regen and 9+ casting OR recharge.

2 Handed Staffs for any char class with 9+/9+ casting/recharge for all skills and a req below 11 Upgrades do not matter

Artifacts with 9+/9+ casting/recharge on ALL skills and a req below 11 max energy a must here.

i know you said req 11 or lower but i got a max gold smiting rod req 12. cast speed 10%/ recharge 8%. In game names are to the left or pm if interested.
