Where can I find the Max Collector's Shield that has attributes while in a stance? I heard it's in teh desert but I'm not sure.

Lord Dorn Lendrigen trade it for 5 bleached shells.
Exit from Thirsty River and go straight north, you will find him on the eastern edge of the map.
