The req makes a big difference:
req 8 ~ 1 million
req 9 ~ 750K
req 10 ~ 500K
req 11 ~ 300K
req 12 ~ 300K
req 13 ~ 250K

All of those are approximations, because with high end items it depends on how long you try to sell it, how effectively you present it, and how lucky you are finding the right buyer.

most importantly, WHO you know.
having a 1 million gold item wont do you any good unless you know someoen who can afford it, and is willing to do so.
