Of Course... the kick command
You can kick a person out of the party with a majority vote. When I went into the UW, we happened to have an invicimonk in our party. She aggroed every thing and got everyone killed intentionally. I know it was intentional because I was still alive and hiding at one of those closed doors. She aggros a few mobs drags them over to me, and lets me die and I'm sure something like this has happened to other people before, or a moment where you really want to kick someone.
The other command I want is a group accept quest thing.
You can accept a quest by having an unanimous vote only. Again in UW, in a new group, we got the the first reaper, cleared the chamber over to the other reaper, and we agreed on only getting the 3rd quest, monuments. Well someone decided to get the first quest and have all the stupid mobs spawn around us. You can probably guess what happened after that, we all got killed. But it wasn't as fast as I expected it, we managed to kill two of the soul keepers, but that same idiot who took the quest kinda ruined our chances of completing it too by not knowing what to do. So we all failed because I was the last one left and I couldn't protect the reaper and res somebody at the same time. If we have a group accept quest thing (atleast for quests that spawn mobs) this whole thing could have been avoided.
Two Party Commands that are needed

I agree. Though the kick command could be exploitable by some guilds... things is, you'll most likely have a moron who is so damn powerful because no one can do a thing about him. He can aggro, he can insult, he can steal, he can do everything. And the only option you've got is leave and retry with another party. Something is wrong if you're forced to do that.
Second... YES.
I'm sooo tired of telling folks to not immediately take all quests but... well they all agree only to accept the quests anyways.

I will only agree to a /Kick command if the person being kicked has all his drops in an unclaimed items box.
It would be unfair to kick someone because they got Razorstone, for example.

Kicking with voting (so that every player in the party can vote, except the player to be kicked ofcourse)

/signed w/ condition
the condition being that all party members would have to agree on the person leaving. Like was posted, it would be ludacris to /kick someone cause they get a drop that youve been looking for or get a better drop than you do

also just another thing that could be added on is just +henchie just incase somebody in your party leaves you can replace them
Mr Wolfmaster
The second thing maybe. I've never had a reason to kick anyone out of the party though.
Tactical-Dillusions
A vote system is still abusable though.
When i ran a CoD server for a while, i allowed voting to "see how it goes" and someone put up a vote to kick me for 5 minutes. Of course everyone voted YES before i could deactivate it in time and i watched them laughing via the chat logs.
All it takes is a bunch of kids to spoil things.
There are too many idiots around and it would be foolish to give anyone any degree of power IMO.
I remeber when our group tried Thunderhead Keep. I was the only monk (i was only there to HELP people as i didn't need it myself) and i told the leader that we need another monk.
He insisted that we proceed against my advice.
Of course the king died and when we got back to town, he kicked ME!
