Scammer

Yeah, there're no right forums for blacklisting on GWGuru.
You can detail the kind of scam they used, but no names.

No this is not the right forum to post this on. In fact, the right forum on this board to post this is a shortcut on your browser. It's in the top right hand corner of the window and it looks like a little "X" with a box around it.

If you don't get it, let me put it this way;

"WOAMG foad just tried to scam me! Everyone, grab your pitchforks and torches, there's a hunt afoot!

He used 1337 haxxing skills to make the trade window say 100k, when he really only traded me 100 gold! And yes, I doublechecked it 10 times!!!111shift+one"

1) People are often victims of their own ignorance, which is easily prevented by a little caution.
2) People can make claims and edit screenshots until the cow comes home from over the moon (To make someone out as being a scammer).
3) The only people that could do anything for you is Anet, and they most likely won't, because of #1.
4) You're just as likely to get flamed as you are to get support from the community.

"Scammers" just abuse people that shouldn't be abused if they were paying attention to what they were doing at that time, which is far away from a "hacker" that leaves you no choices but accepting the reality.

Personnaly, a few idiots tried to scam me, I'm not a genius but I generally check the amount of money and the items before I click on "trade", it's like a tradition you know ...

This is a good example of what happens to threads like yours. While you may think indentifying scammers is a good idea, it honestly isn't wanted or needed here.

And so if you're lying, you're just trying to get people against him. Not many people are going to pay much attention to this.
