is there a good/crazy/godly staff for air ele out there?

if so could anybody tell me what it is and maybe the p/c of it or how can i get it

either the runars (i believe) air staff or the collectors air staff and add the upgrades yourself. basicaly both = 10 energy, 11-22 dmg, req 9 air, 20 fact cast/20 recharge time, +5 energy, +30 health (stats on green (runars i believe) air staff but you can make the collectors have the same mods)

i have a good gold one, not perfect llike a collectors but still great for air ele and improves cast and recharge on all skills, ign teh best and teh bestest is here, pm me if u are interested

I like to go with greens, it comes with perfect stats and you don't have to worry about spending hours in LA 1 spending 500k and greater for one. I like the invention of the green items

i was told that greens cant be nerfed !! is it true :s
