+15% Dmg (always) mod without negative mods?
Savio
This thread is causing me to drool all over myself...I'm just waiting for the max Sickle with +15% always.

wow Sino and Anarkii long time no see.
% always weapons did drop and originally had a negative modifier. For some reason the modifier dissapeared after people had had the item for some time. The 2 % always ZRave posted are pre-patch mod'd weapons. I myself have some zealous and vamp weapons that look like 15% always with no negative because only -1 shows up. I assure you it is only a graphical glitch. Still amazing to see a 15% always dwarven. I'd still be interested in buying it if ever it goes up for sale. I'd be willing to offer a few perfect crystallines and or an assload of ecto/shards etc

Btw Nef, I have been away from home for a technical training course(in my new job) for around 2.5 months. Do you think mid-november would be a good time to return to GW or should I wait till Chapter 2? With ES4:Oblivion being released soon, I'd have plenty on my hands till then

Someone said the Sephis Axe my N/W was carrying looked like a huge magic wand shovel.
I love my axe.
I love my axe.

-edit- And I doubt those are photoshopped. The blur is just the JPEG image degredation, and what you see are axes with 15% damage always with a -1 energy as its penalty, which simply got overlapped when he put the Zealous Axe Haft on it, so rather than turning into -2 energy regeneration it stayed as -1. |

Try it out youself, take a high quality image, open it in Paint and re-save it as a jpeg. Since Paint saves jpeg with biggest compression you'll get a low quality jpeg with fuzz around the shape edges. Same thing will happen if you save t out of Photoshop on the lowest quality. |
It might be that he really did photoshop if he doesn't want to post a in-game photo.
If he does then I'll swallow and apologize. But I still think those are photoshoped somehow.

Adding one more skill to your skill bar (in place of, say, a capture rune) is 20x more important than improving your health by 10 hit points. So is deciding who you are targeting when you first attack. There are a hundred things that are more important than 10 hit points. Yet people pay 50K for a superior rune, because they are OCD about having the absolute best. :/
Actually, there's nothing wrong with saving up your gold for the very best, but to pretend it has any influence on your performance in the game is silly. A person with 400hp is, for all practical purposes, identical in capability to a person with 410hp.
It's not that 10 hitpoints isn't worth anything, it's just that it's insanely over-valued.

Isn't it 9 hp? I thought the major rune added +41 and the sup added +50
id0l
Yeah....it's 9 HP...kinda weak, lol, but I get one none-the-less (usually).
Whatever gives you an edge would be worth it, depending on the person and how much they are willing to spend.
Like Ensign said one time: There is only one hitpoint that matters in this game, and that's the difference between 1 and 0.
Or something like that. But yeah, you get my drift.

I am too poor to justify the 55k difference between Major and Superior Vigor.
But back on topic I have heard of a 15% no neg Serpent and Sephis axe from a very reliable source.

Correct me if i am wrong...no offense... but shouldnt there be a mousearrow/hand/cursor that triggers the rollOver, so the information about the icon/sword pops up ? I just tried the tradewindow ingame myself to make sure im not wrong before posting. -> A rollOut would cause the popup to close imidietly. (arcane) conundrum.

Blue Steel
The real question is, "What are the stats on that summit warlord shield he is offering to trade for it?"
Maybe it is -5 damage reduction at all times with no condition or percentage . . .
