I need a shield which would match ALL these conditions :

1/ Armor 15 or 16
2/ req 6-8 tactics
3/ health +25-30 with no condition
4/ armor +8 vs slashing/piercing or fire/lightning
OR received damage -2 -3 while enchanted.

will pay a lot for this.

Stone Summit-Armor 16 Req 13 tactics Recived Dmg-2 while enchanted
Shadow-Armor 16 Req 10 strength Health+23 in a stance
