Yes, 2 innate mods (fast cast/recharge/quick recovery) and 2 customizable mods (Hale, Enchanting, Fortitude, etc.) I dunno how much to PC this for though.

It's the best drop I've gotten in the game. I'm hoping there's a few Illusion mesmers out there looking for something like it. I usually don't sell things, but I'm hoping this one is worth something because of the mods.
