Good items are either +dmg (the best is 15%) while enchante/always/>50% and low req but that is for dmg dealing weapons and ofcourse max dmg. For casting items they usualy should have recharge and/or recast. For a specific skill area max is 20% and for all 10% is max. For shields usualy -2dmg +life enchanted/stances or +life always is good. I probaly left some stuff out.
