I dont know about the chaos axe but I did see someone searching for that fellblade and was offering 200k but I think he expected perfect mods on it.

Possibly that 200k for While hexed fellblade, although i think that one may be less than 100k as it is req 10

I would estimate the axe and sword both around 75K, but warn you that the market is extremely volatile right now, and those estimates won't be correct even by the next time you log in and look at this thread.
