WTB Necro shield, req. tactics

Looking for shields with +1 to secondary necro skills (blood, curses, death -- everything but soul reaping) AND either -rec dmg or health (while in stance).

I'd prefer a tactics req, but would be OK with a reasonable strength req (no 12-13, plz).

If you have a shield like that, please PM me in-game (Captain Krompdown or Colonel Krompsworth).

anyone have one like this?

someone showed me an eternal (req 8 str) with 17% curses and -2 (while hexed), but that's the closest anybody's come...

(...except for the 16% blood/-2 (in stance)/max armor/req 8 tactics shield i already have)
