If I abandon a quest, can I get it again?

I have a quest that I believe to be bugged. If I click "abandon" can I get it again and start over? I know I can fail a quest and try again, but what about abandon?

Yes, it starts over like you never had it before.
I find it useful when I get cluttered with quests and need to weed out ones that I may not do until later.
