The stats are:

Insightful Smiting Staff of Dwarfslaying(Can be changed to Defense)
Energy +10
Light Damage: 11- 21 (Req. 9 Smiting Prayers)
Quick Recovery From Blind
Improved Casting Speed (Chance: 8%)
Energy +4
Damage +15% against dwarves (Or defense +5, If i should change it)

Should I stick the defense wrapping on it? Will it make a difference? How much can I sell it for? Thanks

dont put on defense, infact i would salvage for energy +4 mod, or merchant. the wuick recovery from blind is worthless on a mage, and the casting speed increase isnt exeptional
