trying to capture skill, but boss' body doesn't stay?

i'm trying to cap illusionary warrior but each time i kill the boss, his body disappears and i can't capture it. can you capture it while he's alive? why do the body's disappear?

Certain bosses, like azure shadows, don't keep a physically viewable body. But the body is technically still there for you to use Signet of Capture. So use it like you would normally. If that doesn't work, then report it as a bug.

Like The judge, and ice golem boss.
His body isnt there but you can still cap water trident from him.

but its not a bug.. capped 2 skills from the shadows outside rankor so far
