I dont think putting on mods would help the price at all, as most people would buy this soly for the skin and damage mod. They will bid top dollar no matter what the mods are

I think 750K is an awfully high estimate given that it is a req 10, but it is a great nice and certainly valuable. If you decide to auction it, let me know: I'd be curious to see where it goes.

750k is quite high, although they are still very rare, and very valuable. Although razorstones are in the market, people still like Sephis axes. 500-600k may be better, but i would like to see this in auction to determine the stats Sephis axes are in.

It's a nice axe, h e a d 9 r, but if you needed a price check and are not positive of its value, you maybe shouldn't have set so high a starting bid on it. It would have generated a little more excitement with no starting bid, and it may have even gotten over 300K eventually. I'm not sure that I would pay that much for it, but I would certainly bid on it if the start wasn't so high. Make 300K your undisclsoed reserve and get people to start fighting over it at lower amounts and let it get up there over time.
