PC on a +11% damage always Gladius

Ok these are the stats:

15-21 req 7(I know not max dmg heh)
+11%
Armor -10 while attacking
Armor Pen 10/7
Health +24

I will post a screenie later if it is needed.

Is this worth anything or is it one of those 'merchant it' type things? Any input would be greatly appriciated.

*edit* This item is purple as well not gold if that matters at all

Imo it is merchant fodder

I would gladly take it usefull for my warrior
