WTB any max shield that requires 9 or lower tactics or 8 strength....
that gives you additional modifications being
-2 dmg (while enchanted) AND
+25 or more health (while enchanted)

I have a shield of the wing +31/-2 and a +41/-1. That is all I can tell you at this point though. I am currently not able to check the game and won't be for another couple days. So I'd suggest you keep on looking for now. If you have trouble finding one before the weekend, I'll be more than happy to see what I can do later.
