It's 16 percent always but -10 armor while attacking.

It doesn't drop anymore, so I say upgrade the bow. Replace the ebon earth string with vamp. Replace the enchanting 19. Yeah, its high, but Rangers don't have enchantments. Get like...marksmanship 20% or fort 30.

ERRRRRRRRRRR wait. Is the bow gold?

if so, then it really doesnt matter whether you upgrade it or not.... youll be rich beyond your wildest dreams.

Don't upgrade and try to salvage enchanting grip is my advice.
