WTB WAR AXE 20%dmg < 50% HP

Hi. EXACT SPECS are given, nothing less will be considered as I already have it.

I ONLY want a WAR AXE with max dmg (6-28dmg), req doesn't matter (will not pay more for req 7 vs req 13), but damage mod does. That being, +20%dmg <50% HP. As before, I don't have any interest in the additional upgrades and WILL NOT pay extra for them. Everyone seem to have copied me in this whole concept of not wanting upgrades =)
