I think it IS under 70k. Because there is no damage mod, like +15% when life's bigger than 50% or somethin like that. I'd say you salvage the axe and hope to get the vampiric axe upgrade, that one you can sell for MUCH more than this axe.

Salvage for the axe haft, which is worth a good chunk of money. The axe itself is just about worthless and would go for about 5k.

15K tops I'd say. 20K is the standard going price for a 3/-1 axe haft now, and a clean low req max Chaos can be had for 1 or 2K.
