Demonic Fangs & Monsterous Eyeballs

Anright, perhaps I worded search badly, but I couldn't come up with any useful information. Just what are these for? There seem to be a number of items that drop in UW which one would think would be collector bits, but appear useless ATM.

Nothing.....................yet. Maybe in Chapter 2.
