Actually, War Camp is good too for greens. Try d1 at night if you can get in.

there is where you get green drops, you could fnd someone you run you there from camp rankor~~btw you bought that defender from others?

I bought that shield today for 33k then sold for 60k about an hour later. Then bought a new one for 30k in LA. So if you just shop around a little you can really get good deals...though I spend way to much time merchanting I do find it fun to a degree. Eventually it ruins the game though, burns you out.
